Declare an ±¬ÁϳԹÏÍøMajor
To declare a major or add a second major/degree in Law, Criminal Justice Studies, Political Science, or Public Affairs you must:
- Have a UA grade point average of 2.0 or higher or be in your first semester at the UA

To declare an ±¬ÁϳԹÏÍøMajor, please complete the online information session linked below; please note that only UArizona Main campus students should complete the information session linked below. UArizona online students should connect with their Academic Advisor to discuss declaring an ±¬ÁϳԹÏÍømajor.
Declare an ±¬ÁϳԹÏÍøMinor
To declare a minor in Law, Political Science, or Public Affairs you must:
- Have a UA grade point average of 2.0 or higher or be in your first semester at the UA.
- Review the minor information for your minor of interest.
- Not be a declared major in the School of Government & Public Policy.
Students majoring in ±¬ÁϳԹÏÍø(Criminal Justice Studies, Law, Political Science, Public Affairs) who are interested in one of the ±¬ÁϳԹÏÍøMinors (Law, Political Science, Public Affairs) should meet with their major advisor to discuss the possibility of double major options.
